WaterAfrica, World Vision and Levison Dental team up in Zambia

A huge THANK YOU goes out to all of our wonderful patients who helped us by donating funds to Water Africa through World Vision.  On August 9, 2008 the lives of the people of Mazyamuna, Zambia were forever changed. A borehole was drilled to a depth of 55 meters and yielded 1.4 L/second of fresh, clean, and safe drinking water for nearly 250 local residents.  We are so proud of our patients for getting behind our efforts to help the less fortunate!  Now the children do not have water-borne diseased, the girls can attend school instead of hauling water all day long, families are eating more and healthier vegetables due to increased irrigation, and women have more free time to maintain these gardens and sell extra produce.  This clean water litterally gives new life and new hope to the Zambian people.  Thank you!!
