Mission of Mercy 2010

The Oregon Dental Association hosted the first Mission of Mercy , or MOM, as is is referred to in November 2010 at the Oregon Convention Center.  The Mission of Mercy is a portable free dental clinic open to all. Dental exams and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.  Dr. Scott was among the 1,244 volunteers who made this event a huge success. Over 1,500 patients battled the ice and cold overnight to be seen the clinic.  7,884 dental procedures were completed with a value of $829,119.  What a great success to serve our local community!!
